A Week in the Life of Model Behaviors

When two of my food loves combine—gluten-free and New Mexican cuisine—you get something incredibly delicious! Try my recipe from this week’s Monday Menu, Gluten-Free Chili Relleno Casserole.

On Tuesday we danced, sang, and clapped our hands to a down-home tune by Shakey Graves featuring Esmé Patterson called “Dearly Departed.”

Bulaong shared her experiences from Facing Race 2014 on Wednesday. She describes it as a place where you can “show up authentically as your full self.”

Then it was Thanksgiving. Each of our Behaviorists shared a little bit about what they are thankful for and how they show appreciation for themselves.

Friday brought us exciting news. Bulaong Ramiz is our newest Behaviorist! She’s a social justice dynamo with a lot of heart. Find out why I’m so thrilled to have her on the team!

One last little teeny-tiny request. Please sign up for our newsletter (the form below for mobile users and the form to your right for desktop users). We’d love to have you!

So this wraps it up for the week. In a shiny bow. In a glittering ribbon. In a festive pattern. A perfect little gift, just for you. Now go out there and sing with the full power of your lungs, drink way too much hot chocolate, and wear mismatched glittens just for the heck of it. We’ll see you next week!
