  • 10 oranges—for antioxidant protection and rich in vitamin C
  • 4 mangos—low-fat, low-calorie source of fiber, rich in vitamin A and C
  • 2 pineapples—great for anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits
  1. Wash and remove skin of oranges, mangos, and pineapples.
  2. Remove mangos’ seeds.
  3. Toss all the ingredients into juicer and activate.
  4. Pour into pitcher and stir.
