Ginger Root Juice

  • 1 ginger root—great for nausea, circulation, gastrointestinal relief, and inflammation reduction
  • 5 cantaloupes—high levels of potassium and magnesium, keeping kidneys clean
  • 6 peaches—rich in essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber
  1. Wash peaches, cantaloupes, and ginger.
  2. Core peaches.
  3. Cut skin off of cantaloupes.
  4. Cut a small thumb-size piece of ginger.
  5. Toss all of the items into juicer and activate.
  6. Pour into a pitcher, stir, and serve
