  • 1 large bag of carrots—excellent source of vitamin A
  • 1 sliver of ginger—great for gastrointestinal relief
  • 3 grapefruits—rich in vitamin C and known for fighting cancer
  • 5 beets—low in calories and high in potassium and fiber
  • 7 limes—potent antioxidant with antibiotic benefits
  1. Wash carrots, grapefruit, beets, and limes.
  2. Peel carrots, ginger, grapefruit, beets, and limes.
  3. Cut carrots, beets, and grapefruit to fit in juicer.
  4. Toss ingredients in juicer and activate.
  5. Stir and serve.
