This Week’s Thoughts

Our quote comes from Robert Louis Stevenson, Scottish author of classic novels like Treasure Island and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. It’s a gentle reminder that even when we feel down or feel as if nothing is going our way, there’s always, always something to be thankful for. Holly really couldn’t have picked a better word for this month.

This Week’s Challenge

I’m going to keep it nice and simple. Once a day, every day this week, take a moment and think of three different things you cherish. The first few days will be easy—friends, family, your home, a beloved pet—but as we go through the week, dig deeper and think about all those things that make you as happy as a king or queen.
